Snap! OER Builder is developed by Jezreel Fernando M. for all students, teachers and administrators of the Department of Education (DepEd), Philippines. Snap! OER Builder can be used in building Open Educational Resources (OER) Packages for teaching all sorts of K-12 subjects from Science, Math, Physics, Computer Programming, Robotics, Engineering, Music, Arts, English, Sports, Arts and Design, etc.
Snap! OER Builder is a distro or a modification of Snap!, from the University of California, Berkeley and the design of Snap! is influenced and inspired by Scratch, from the Lifelong Kindergarten group at the MIT Media Lab.
